If for any reason there is damage or missing items, or if the carton tape appears to have been opened, return your package to the courier and request that a report be prepared, without signing any delivery documents. If you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be sent to you immediately. We do not accept responsibility for any damage to or missing items inside products that are received with a damaged box or whose contents are claimed to be incomplete.
